Notice New Courier Service [Qxpress]

We have tried out a new service provider [Qxpress] and has confirmed them as our new delivery partner. We have monitored their delivery service and they have proof to be reliable. Previous delivery service provider was Singpost. However, the warehouse crew have feedback to us that they have has failed to picked up the packages. It's not once but multiple times and we cannot condone such service providers not providing services as claimed. Their self-proclaimed [Next Day Delivery] has also caused many shoppers to be disappointed. Therefore we strongly advise our shoppers to select Qxpress. Do not select Singpost Delivery.
